DAMPAK IMPLEMENTASI STANDAR TENAGA PENDIDIK DAN KELENGKAPAN SARANA PRASARANA PADA PENINGKATAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN (Studi Kasus di MIS Al Bayan Mandiri Pamijahan Bogor)

This study aims to determine the impact of the standards of educators and thecompleteness of infrastructure facilities on the quality of education at MadrasahIbtidaiyah Private Al Bayan Mandiri. With a qualitative approach and case studymethod, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentanalysis. The results of the study show that the competence of educators coveringprofessional, pedagogical, and social aspects has a significant effect on studentmotivation and learning outcomes. In addition, the completeness of infrastructurefacilities such as classrooms, libraries, and learning technology also supports aneffective learning process This study concludes that the quality of education is notonly determined by the existence of good standards, but also by consistency inimplementation and full support from all stakeholders.Keywords: Implementation
