Teacher Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at MI Darussalam
Gunungsari Bogor Regency
This study aims to determine the relationship between principals' leadership and
teacher work motivation on teacher performance at MI Darussalam Gunungsari,
Bogor Regency. This research was carried out for six months, namely from July to
November 2022. The population of this study were teachers of MI Darussalam
Gunungsari, Bogor Regency, amounting to 33 people. The research method uses a
survey method, the research instrument used is a questionnaire.
Data analysis used simple regression analysis and multiple correlation regression
analysis, as well as simple and multiple. Before testing the hypothesis proposed by
the testing requirements, an analysis was first carried out, namely through the
homogeneity test, normality test, variance test, multicollinearity test,
heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test.
The results of the study found: (1) there was a significant relationship to the
behavior of the principal's leadership on the performance of MI Darussalam
Gunungsari teachers, Bogor Regency, which was indicated by the magnitude of the
correlation coefficient of 0.757 or R2 (Coefficient of Determination) of 0.573. This
means that the contribution given by the principal's leadership (X1) to the teacher's
performance (Y) is 57.3%. (2) there is a significant relationship between work
motivation and the performance of MI Darussalam Gunungsari teachers, Bogor
Regency, which is indicated by the magnitude of the correlation coefficient of 0.664
or R2 (Coefficient of Determination) of 0.441. This means that the contribution
given by the teacher's motivation (X2) to the teacher's performance (Y) is 44.1%.
(3) there is a significant relationship between principal leadership behavior and
teacher cooperation motivation on teacher performance at MI Darussalam
Gunungsari Bogor Regency which is indicated by the magnitude of the multiple
correlation coefficient is 0.794 or R2 (Coefficient of Determination) of 0,631. This
value provides an understanding that the relationship between Principal
Leadership Behavior Schools (X1) and Teacher Work Motivation (X2) together with
Teacher Performance (Y) are strong, meaning that the better the Principal's
Leadership Behavior and Teacher's Work Motivation, the better the Teacher's
Performance will be
