This research is motivated by the low performance and creativity of teachers at Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School, Bogor. To overcome this, it is necessary to measure the factors that can affect student achievement. This study aims to determine the extent to which teacher performance and creativity influence student achievement, especially at Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School, Bogor. This research method uses documentation studies, observation sheets and questionnaires. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method with multiple linear analysis, with purposive sampling technique. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, basic assumption tests, classic assumption tests, hypothesis testing using f and t tests and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study showed that the contribution of performance (X1) and creativity (X2) to achievement (Y) was 82.4% and the remaining 17.6% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Ha is accepted, meaning that teacher performance and creativity together influence student achievement.
