The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents and teachers in improving student achievement in distance learning during the pandemic at MTS Al Kautsar Depok. The research method used is a qualitative method to get an idea of ​​the role of parents and teachers in improving student achievement in distance learning during the pandemic at MTS Al Kautsar Depok. The technique of collecting data is through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification and confirmation of conclusions. Examination and validity of data using triangulation method. The results of the study indicate that (a) Parents have an important role during distance learning during the pandemic. Parents' attention to children is shown through mentoring during distance learning, providing nutritious food and drinks. Parents help children carry out their tasks, solve children's problems, and provide the necessary facilities. (b) The role of the teacher as a facilitator in Improving the Achievement of Class VIII Students at MTS Al Kautsar Depok in Distance Learning During the Pandemic. (c) Parents and teachers play a role in building cooperation in Improving the Achievement of Class VIII Students at MTS Al Kautsar Depok in Distance Learning During the Pandemic.
